We are seeking two dynamic and dedicated Team Leaders to join our growing team and make a real difference in the lives of those we support. Role Responsibilities: As a Team Leader, you will: * Supervise and manage your team out in the field. * Conduct supervisions and oversee team performance. * Create and implement new care plans and ensure existing care plans are regularly updated. * Carry out risk assessments and regular care reviews. * Provide support and guidance to your team, ensuring they feel valued and motivated. * Perform spot checks to maintain high standards of care. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must: * Hold an NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). * Be trained in administering medication. * Be flexible to work Monday to Sunday as required. * Possess a full driving license and have access to your own vehicle. Salary & Agreement: * £25,000 per annum * This is a temp-to-perm position, with an initial 13-week period through our agency before transferring to a permanent contract.
