Job description Job Advert: Agency Support Worker – Day Shifts Location: Lowestoft Hours: Day Shifts Pay Rate: £12.21 – £13.00 per hour (PAYE) Start Date: ASAP Are you passionate about supporting individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives? We’re seeking experienced and reliable Agency Support Workers to join our team, providing high-quality day-time care and support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver person-centred care in line with individual support plans. * Support with daily living tasks including personal care, meal prep, and medication. * Promote independence, choice, and community engagement.
