About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our agency team, working at one of our Care Homes based in Peterborough You will deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities * Administering medication and treatments in line with NMC standards. * Developing and updating care plans to meet residents’ needs. * Monitoring and assessing residents’ health and wellbeing. * Working closely with care assistants and other healthcare professionals. * Ensuring compliance with CQC requirements and home policies. Requirements * Valid NMC PIN (Registered Nurse qualification – RGN/RMN/RNLD). * Previous nursing experience in a care home or similar setting. * Up-to-date mandatory training and DBS (or willing to obtain). * Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills. * A caring, patient, and respectful approach to residents and colleagues.
