Overview

£40,777 – £45,091 per year. Applications are invited for the position of Transformation Project Manager within the Learning & Innovation Team, Child and Family Services. The post is permanent, full time.

Responsibilities

The purpose of this post is to manage the successful delivery of projects across the Child and Family Services Transformation & Continuous Improvement Programme, utilising appropriate Project Management methodologies and techniques.

Working within the Learning & Innovation Team, post holders will coordinate with and collaborate alongside the expertise of fellow team members. Take a leading role in bringing together colleagues from across the Authority, Local Health Board and wider partner organisations relative to project scope. Facilitate and monitor the effective day-to-day delivery of their portfolio areas and project progression.
