£31,067 – £34,314 pro rata per year. Part Time ICT Adult Community Learning Tutor with Lifelong Learning. This post is to teach three Adult Community Learning classes (two hours per class) for 30 weeks per annum during term time. This is a temporary position, with an expected end date of 31 August 2026.
Lifelong Learning provides adult education classes across Swansea.Skills to include experience of teaching ICT from pre-entry to level 2. Essential skills to include teaching experience and teaching qualification.
The role includes:
- Prepare, deliver or facilitate sessions/programmes according to prescribed or negotiated models.
- Select, adapt and use appropriate, varied approaches and methods of presentation.
- Maintain records for monitoring, accreditation and evaluation purposes.
- Maintain quality standards and promote equal opportunities in accordance with Lifelong Learning Service policies and procedures.
- Work with the manager to develop new programmes for learning including accreditation where appropriate.
