About The Role
This is a part‑time (31.5 hours a week), fixed term role until 31 July 2026.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the standard administrative tasks within the remit, centred on but not limited to management of case files, sending case responses, maintaining templates and standard documents, and answering and resolving queries.
- Ensure that data is high quality and fit for purpose and that information, advice and guidance is accurate and fit for purpose.
- Support partnership working with Faculty staff across the University and colleagues in other Professional Services departments, and provide administration services to students and staff as necessary.

- Self‑motivated, resilient, proactive, and organised.
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of people and respect a high level of confidentiality.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Strong eye for detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines delivering outcomes in a time‑sensitive environment.
