We are looking for a Strategic Change Officer to support the delivery of strategic projects and change initiatives across Swansea University. The role will turn strategy into action, supporting meaningful change across the institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support requirements gathering, process mapping, analysis, planning, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop business case and project plans, prepare clear reports and summaries.
- Maintain documentation and assist with risk and issue management.
- Support change readiness and adoption activities, including communications, training and engagement.
