Swansea University is offering a PhD studentship commencing Oct 2026 – Jan 2027 as part of the UK Semiconductor Industry Future Skills CDT. The project provides 4 years of research, with an enhanced stipend (Β£5,000 above the UKRI basic rate) and substantial research funds, hosted at Swansea's Centre for Integrative Semiconductor Materials (CISM).

In collaboration with the National Physical Laboratory (NPL), the programme welcomes applicants from Physics, Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
