The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

Providing financial and administrative services to the Faculty of Medicine, Health and Life Science staff and stakeholders to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate financial and administrative operations. The role will be primarily based within the finance bursary team, however, it will also work with the faculty finance transactional team as required. The role includes ensuring that financial transactions are dealt with promptly and effectively, providing advice on the University's rules and regulations and internal financial processes and maintaining appropriate records.

Responsibilities

  • Provide financial and administrative services to the Faculty of Medicine, Health and Life Science staff and stakeholders to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate financial and administrative operations.
  • Work primarily within the finance bursary team and collaborate with the faculty finance transactional team as required.
  • Ensure financial transactions are dealt with promptly and effectively.
  • Provide advice on the University's rules and regulations and internal financial processes.
  • Maintain appropriate financial and administrative records.

Qualifications

  • Educated to GCSE level.
  • Experience using Microsoft packages.
  • Self-motivated with good oral and written communication skills.
