We are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join the Clinical Placement Team. This is a permanent role, working 35 hours per week over five days. The role will be predominantly based at our Singleton Campus, with the possibility of occasional work at our Carmarthen Campus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students attending clinical placements. Key duties include:

  • Booking placement accommodation
  • Processing timesheets and travel claims
  • Monitoring email correspondence

The role sits within Clinical Placements, a high-performing and fast-paced team. The post holder must be highly organised and proactive, with strong IT skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure, anticipating and resolving issues as they arise.

The role will involve working closely with NHS colleagues and academic staff across specific programmes of study or supporting a particular function within the team. As such, the ability to build effective working relationships and develop a sound understanding of academic programmes and regulations is essential.
