About The Role
The post will support the coordination of all examinations and assessment, covering all programmes the university delivers, including external collaborative partnerships, which is a priority and growing area. The post will also work to support a relevant programme of timely assessment and examinations support to academic staff, ensuring all internal and external timelines are met. These timelines relate to core functions such as marking of assessment, accuracy of these marks and vital progression decision or awards. Examinations and assessment are an essential function of our university and a significant part of a student’s education and experience. Given the importance for successful and efficient delivery of this process, the university is recruiting an Assessment & Outcomes coordinator to join a newly established and fast‑paced team. The team and the role will play a core part in the delivery of a major function within our student operations. This post holder will be required to work between Singleton Campus and Bay Campus. This role is to cover a secondment.

Welsh Language Skills
The Welsh language level required for this role is Level 1 – A little. The role holder will be able to pronounce Welsh words, answer the phone in Welsh (good morning/afternoon) and use very basic everyday words and phrases (thank you, please etc.). Level 1 can be reached by completing a 1 hour course.
