About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic Welsh-speaking Administrator to operate at the heart of our administration office, supporting day-to-day operations and with responsibility for operating our data systems. This role is central to the day-to-day operation of DCABA, working as part of a small Welsh-medium administration team providing front-line advice and support to learners and colleagues. Placing the learner at the heart of our provision is a core principle, and the post plays a key role in fostering, developing and maintaining high-quality customer care standards, as well as contributing to a positive and supportive learning environment. The role is based at our administrative office on Singleton Campus, but there may be some occasions when attendance at external events is required, representing DCABA, Academi Hywel Teifi and the University.
