About The Role
This is a permanent role working 21 hours a week.
This dynamic role focusses on Box Office and CRM management, sales and communications for a range of cultural, academic and commercial activities and events hosted at Taliesin Arts Centre, and for other on and off-campus projects.
Duties include:
- Collating and uploading event data to the Box Office system and website.
- Facilitating and overseeing the online sales process and associated tasks.
- Producing reports for finance, programming and marketing functions, and visiting companies.
- Monitoring customer feedback and analysing survey results.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement customer communications.

Welsh Language Skills
The Welsh language level required for this role is Level 1 – A little. The role holder will be able to pronounce Welsh words, answer the phone in Welsh (good morning/afternoon) and use very basic everyday words and phrases (thank you, please etc.). Level 1 can be reached by completing a 1 hour course.
