You will be the voice and face of Swansea University, guiding callers and visitors and directing them to the appropriate resources and support services from Fulton House Reception on Singleton Campus.
You will communicate clearly in both English and Welsh, deliver excellent customer service, and work with Estates, Residential Services, Hwb and the Student Union.
