An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within The Hollies Residential Care Home in the Pontarddulais area, as a Residential Care Officer - 21-hour post. This role supports older people with complex dementia needs, who live at the home or come and stay on a short-term basis.

- You will be supported to do the right training, with the right support and gain the relevant understanding, knowledge and skills for the role.
- You will receive a thorough & paid induction that includes working alongside others within the team who will help you learn about the role.
- You will receive regular supervision and guidance to help you along the way, offering you support and encouragement in your new role.
- Other benefits include an excellent rate of pay with attached enhancements for weekend, evening and bank holiday working, as well as an excellent annual leave entitlement.
- You will have a shifts pattern, covering mornings/afternoons/evenings, weekends & bank holidays, that are equally shared amongst the team, and you will have a 21-hour contract.
