We require enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to work within the Building Control team. Good communication skills, a commitment to team working and a positive attitude to the delivery of high-quality customer focused services are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be an experienced Building Control Surveyor with proven knowledge of building control and a strong understanding of building regulations, particularly relating to fire safety.
  • With the ability to deal with people at all levels, from a range of organisations, you will be open to new ideas, with the flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities to meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Corporate membership of either the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors or the Association of Building Engineers is desirable.
  • Registration for Building Control Professional (BCP) Competence Validation Assessment at band B or C is a requirement.
  • Candidates must also possess a full valid driving licence.

Salary: £45,091 per year (plus 15% Market Supplement - Review after 12 months)
