We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and experienced professional as Head of Property and Regeneration, a key senior leadership role within the Place Directorate. You will drive the delivery of our ambitious regeneration programme, translating corporate priorities into deliverable projects and outcomes for our communities. You will also lead the Council’s corporate landlord function and provide strategic direction for our land and property portfolio, ensuring effective stewardship, statutory compliance and value for money.
This is a permanent senior leadership role requiring significant professional expertise in property, regeneration, or a closely related discipline, together with a strong track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex projects and change. You will be a confident, collaborative leader, able to influence at senior level and work effectively with elected members, partners and stakeholders.

- Community Budgets and Economic Recovery Fund
