In this child-focused, outcome-driven role, you will:
Work alongside the Operational Commissioning Officer to identify and secure placements that enable children to achieve their goals and aspirations.
Maintain accurate records and support the commissioning process, always prioritising the needs and voices of children.
Build positive relationships with providers, families, and colleagues to ensure every child receives the right support at the right time.
Contribute to team meetings and service improvements, using feedback from children and young people to shape better outcomes.
We are looking for:
A good standard of education and strong IT, numeracy, and organisational skills.
Experience in customer service and relationship building.
The ability to work flexibly, accurately, and at pace.
A commitment to equality, inclusion, and listening to children's voices.
