£39,513 – £43,693 per year. Applications are invited for the position of Transformation Project Manager working within the Learning & Innovation Team, Child and Family Services. The post is permanent, full-time.
The purpose of this post is to manage the successful delivery of projects across the Child and Family Services Transformation & Continuous Improvement Programme. Utilising appropriate Project Management methodologies and techniques.
Working within the Learning & Innovation Team, post holders will coordinate with and collaborate alongside the expertise of fellow team members. Take a leading role in bringing together colleagues from across the Authority, Local Health Board, and wider partner organisations relative to project scope. Facilitate and monitor the effective day-to-day delivery of their portfolio areas and project progression.
