£25,583 - £25,989 pro rata per year. This is a part‑time position (15 hours per week) and is temporary until 31 March 2026.

Swansea Young People Service's, known as Evolve, run a network of 5 Youth Hubs for young people across Swansea, with facilities at our West Early Help Hub in Gorseinon, Valley Early Help Hub at Stadwen, Townhill Early Help Hub, East Early Help Hub at Brynhyfryd and Penderry Early Help Hub at Blae nymaes. We currently have several part‑time vacancies (15 hours) across various sites, working regular evening work.

Our ideal candidates will be creative, confident and comfortable in building strong and positive relationships with young people by providing them a safe, welcoming and fun environment where you will design and deliver a range of informal learning, activities, projects and wider opportunities in the community. Our work is very rewarding, challenging and varied.

It would be advantageous if you have previous experience of working with young people whether in a paid or voluntary setting. If you think you have the right mix of skills, knowledge, experience and motivation to join our wonderful team then we would love to hear from you, particularly if you can communicate through the medium of Welsh.

Full training will be provided, and an Enhanced Criminal Record Disclosure, health check and satisfactory references are required for these posts.
