- Experience of procurement and commissioning of services is essential.
- Deliver a high quality service within the Commissioning team, adding new projects and a new area.
- Manage complex projects programmes with a track record of delivering solutions and be able to work autonomously and as part of a wider team across the Directorate and with third sector and community partners.

- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, able to demonstrate autonomy and teamwork across the Directorate and with third sector and community partners.
