We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Section Leader to manage key operational support services including welding, joinery, transport, and compliance at our Heol Y Gors depot. This is a pivotal role ensuring safe, efficient service delivery aligned with corporate priorities and performance targets.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated individual to step into the role of Section Leader Support Services within the Building Services team. Based at the Heol Y Gors depot, this key leadership position is responsible for managing a range of operational support services including welding and joinery, transport and plant, asbestos management, and fire door inspection and installation.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery, while supporting the achievement of departmental and corporate objectives. This post also includes responsibility as Premise

Manager for the depot and offers the chance to contribute to strategic planning, performance management, and continuous improvement across the service.
