£35,235 – £38,626 per year (pay award pending). This position is Full Time and Permanent. We are seeking a motivated Planning Officer to join our dynamic Planning and City Regeneration team in Swansea.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the sustainable development of one of Wales\’ most vibrant coastal cities, with major regeneration projects underway including the Swansea Central development, the Copr Bay district, and the Swansea Bay City Deal.

As part of our continued investment in planning services, we are looking to appoint the following officer to join our Development Management team:
1 x Planning Officer primarily processing Planning Applications (Full- time and Permanent) (£35,235 – £38,626 per year – pay award pending)

- Knowledgeable in planning legislation, policies, and enforcement procedures.
- Excellent communicators with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
