An Exciting Opportunity has arisen to work within The Hollies Residential Care Home in the Pontarddulais area, as a Night care assistant – 20-hour post pr week. This role supports older people with Complex dementia needs, that live at the home or come and stay on a short-term basis. The successful applicant will work during the night with the support of the Night care Officer.

- You will be part of a team of both experienced and new Residential care officers.
- You will be supported to do the right training, with the right support and gain the relevant understanding knowledge and skills for the role.
- You will receive a thorough & paid induction that includes working alongside others within the team who will help you learn about the role.
- You will receive regular supervision and guidance to help you along the way, offering you support and encouragement in your new role.
- Other benefits include the Excellent rate of pay with attached enhancements for weekend evening and bank holiday working, as well as an Excellent annual leave entitlement.
- You will have nighttime shift pattern, covering 1 night per week, to include working weekends & bank holidays. You will have a 10-hour contract.
