Stock & Events Assistant

Our expertise and capabilities enable producers and other creatives to bring their visions to life and create unforgettable performances for audiences, presented in our landmark venues and delivered with exceptional hospitality.

Sitting in the heart of the Copr Bay development, Swansea Arena is a landmark 3,500 capacity multi-purpose indoor arena which opened its doors in March 2022. Hosting some of the most recognised names in live music, comedy and theatre, the fully-modular arena also hosts e-sports, conferences and events.

Working with the wider venue team, you will support the operational delivery of events in the venue, including theatre performances, music gigs, and comedy shows – ensuring our customers have the best possible experience in our Front of House spaces. As well as this, you will work closely with the Conference and Events team in the delivery of other venue hires such as conferences, banquets and exhibitions.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Stocktaking, stock replenishment, stock ordering and taking in deliveries
  • Keeping the venue bars and sales points clean, organised and ready to go for when our customers arrive for their performance
  • Supporting in the setting up of event spaces, banquets, buffets and conferences – ensuring standards are high for the arrival of our clients
  • Supporting the Venue Management Team in the delivery of all risk related KPIs and ensuring a Health and Safety culture is upheld at all times
