The predicted salary is between 53755 - 60504 £ per year.

FTC is a small service covering Swansea and Neath Port Talbot and interfaces with children's services across the region. It consists of Behaviour Specialists, Assistant Behaviour Specialists and a Nurse Practitioner. The post holder will clinically lead the service and provide clinical supervision and support to staff. The service is operationally managed by one of the Behaviour Specialists.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-standard psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention to the client group.
  • Clinically support FTC staff and provide consultation to the team.
  • Deliver clinical supervision in line with guidance from the Lead Consultant Psychologist and offer peer supervision within the Mental Health & Learning Disability Delivery Unit and wider psychology network in SBUHB.

Qualifications

  • Experienced Principal Practitioner Psychologist or Senior Practitioner Psychologist.
  • Significant experience in the field and solid understanding of Positive Behavioural Support.
  • Ability to speak Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are welcome.
