Swansea Bay University Health Board is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee capital planning and estates within the Finance Directorate. Based at the Health Board Headquarters in Baglan, the post reports to the Director of Finance and may deputise in their absence, ensuring sustainable, high‑quality, responsive services for the Delivery Units.

The role focuses on strategic financial management, policy development and leading a large budget across the South West Wales region.
