Overview

The job holder will practice as a Senior Clinical Photographer, monitor the quality and oversee the imaging training of junior Medical Illustration staff.

We are looking for a dynamic and driven AHCP registered Clinical Photographer, who is currently working at a band 5 level, or a current band 6 who is seeking a new challenge.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and motivated autonomous Clinical Photography Practitioner, possessing a high level of technical competence in all modalities within clinical photography, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • The post holder will undertake both clinical and some non-clinical/graphics duties.
  • They will be responsible for the clinical support, with some line management responsibilities, of trainee clinical photographers.
  • They will rotate through Health Board locations as required.

  • You will need to be an effective leader and role model and able to manage your workload and prioritise effectively.
