Swansea Bay University Health Board is seeking an enthusiastic registered Mental Health Nurse (Clinical Lead) to join the team at Ward F. In this role, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to assess, treat, and prepare patients for safe discharge while maintaining high standards of care.
The ideal candidate will have Band 5/6 experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to trauma-informed care. Ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
