An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Ophthalmology Health Records Clerk to join our team within Singleton Hospital.
We offer a positive and flexible work environment. Working as part of a team. Full time hours available, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30 am and 5.30 pm
The post holder will be required to have previous clerical/ administrativeexperience with good communication skills. They should have a positive approach to the needs of the service, be motivated and ready for the next challenge. They should enjoy working as part of a busy and friendly team.

Main duties of the job
To be the Ophthalmology medical records clerk responsible for the organising and prepping of all clinical notes for the ophthalmology service running from Singleton hospital.
Act as an administration assistant for the department, the role will require the post holder to provide administration services which will include goodcommunication skills and the production of documents, updating of systems, collating of information, mail distribution, filing, typing, booking venues etc.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
