Job Summary An opportunity to join the Neath Port Talbot & Singleton Service Group management team has arisen within our senior leadership team. Responsible for ensuring high standards of clinical care, governance, and medical leadership within the Neath Port Talbot and Singleton Service Group. The post holder will work collaboratively with the Service Group Director and Group Nurse Director to deliver safe, high-quality services aligned with Health Board strategies. The Service Group Medical Director (SGMD) will provide clinical leadership, manage medical staff, and contribute to strategic planning and service improvement across all specialties within the Group. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual with a keen interest and experience in clinical leadership and clinical governance.
