The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
The successful candidate will work closely with the cancer services MDT and wider teams to ensure that the highest levels of care are provided to our patients.
The individual will conduct follow up reviews of gynaecological cancer patients.
They will promote patient safety by avoiding crisis admissions through the pro-active assessments and follow up telephone calls.
Complete eNHA’s, ensuring Holistic care is delivered to patients and their families.
Will liaise with the surgical CNS’s/ dietetics and other members of the wider MDT and consultants for seamless collaborative care.
Support with treatment toxicities and follow up patients through their cancer journey.
Reduce length of stay facilitating expert discharge planning at point of admission., The successful applicant will work as part of a well-established dynamic gynaecology multi-disciplinary team who provide specialist advice, holistic care and support to patients, their relatives and all members of the health care teams within the hospital. With the support of the team you will lead and manage a caseload of patients with specialist needs. You will be required to lead, support, develop and evaluate the gynaecology cancer service to improve and maintain standards of patient care and promote a seamless service within a multi-disciplinary framework.

You should also have a degree and be willing to develop your academic and clinic practice. You should uphold excellent communication skills. You will play an active part in clinical practice, education, research/audit and the implementation of national guidelines.
