Swansea Bay University Health Board is seeking two Band 4 project support officers to work with the Workforce Directorate on a fixed term basis (for external applicants) or secondment basis (for internal applicants) to deliver a high-volume compliance project up until 31st March 2026., The successful post holders will be required to:
Review and analyse workforce data relating to pre-employment checks
Contact staff and other departments to request relevant paperwork
Validate paperwork following best practice guidance
Be comfortable with high volume and repetitive tasks
Report on project progress, escalating issues and risks to the oversight group as and when required
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply
