Our client is looking to recruit several warehouse operatives to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.
Duties
Work in a temperature- controlled Environmental-including Ambient/chill(2-5 degrees Celsius)
Pick items using a voice activated pick system
Operative LLOP (if required)
Personally, maintain and support wider team
Archive pick rate targets set for the team 88%
Contribute to performance and productivity targets set for staff
Remain focused under pressure in a time- sensitive environment
All training is provided
Benefits
Great over time rates £18.73-£20.52per hour
Fully paid one day course and test to gain Low Level Picker (LLOP) licence

Weekly Pay, Secure car park and bike storage on site
Shifts & Pay
Day shift 6am to 2pm from Monday to Friday £12.80ph| Weekends £14.60 per hour
Back shift 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday £14.60per hour| Weekends £16.38 per hour
Night shift 10pm to 6am Monday to Friday £16.82 per hour (Weekends £16.38per hour
All over time is paid after 37.5 hours
