Job Role
- Ensure all cleaning duties are completed to the required standard and within agreed SLAs.
- Maintain cleaning equipment to ensure it remains safe, clean, and in good working order.
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of the designated cleaning areas and required tasks.
- Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with training and Health & Safety guidelines.
- Work effectively within a team while also being able to use your own initiative when needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Build positive and productive relationships with customers and colleagues.
