Our client is looking to recruit several dispatch agents to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated and driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.
Duties:
- Co-ordinating various teams to enable the safe, secure and on-time turnaround of partner airlines
- Ensuring company policies are followed and respected at all times
- Building relationships and liaising with various departments to maximise customer experience
- Maintaining accurate records and paperwork of all duties
- Problem solving in a time-sensitive role, maintaining a calm and collected approach to all tasks
Requirements:
- Must hold a full UK Driving Licence
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- High levels of both written and spoken English and excellent communication skills
Please note: Due to the nature of our business, we are regulated by the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority), therefore it is compulsory for all applicants to provide or be willing to obtain the following:
- Be willing to apply for a Criminal Record Check (Paid for by us!)
- Have a full 5-year checkable history (Obtained for you by us!)
- Be able to provide a full 5-year address history
- Have an in-date and valid Photo ID (Passport, Driving Licence, ID Card etc)
- Be willing to attend Aviation Security Training Courses
- Be over the age of 18 years old
Shifts & Pay:
£14.58 per hour increasing to £15.38 per hour after 12 weeks service. This is an incredibly flexible role offering a 20 hours per week minimum contract, with opportunities to work up to 60 hours per week if desired. Start times daily of either 5am or 2pm at your request.
