Our client is looking to recruit several call centre advisors to join a friendly team within a well-established company.

Your Day-to-day Role Will Include
- Handling inbound calls from existing customers.
- Working towards personal and team targets on a daily and weekly basis.
- Providing excellent customer service by tailoring conversations to promote our products.
- Handling customer queries and focusing on providing the best solutions.
Skills We\’re Looking For
- Transferable skills from roles such as retail, hospitality, or care, or a willingness to succeed in your first full-time role.
- Someone eager to learn!
- Hardworking and committed to delivering the best.
- No previous call centre experience needed; full training is provided.
- Experience in phone handling or customer interaction is beneficial.
