We are recruiting Retail Sales Assistants for a well‑known gambling company to join one of our shops.

We’re looking for people who love talking to customers, stay calm under pressure, and constantly seek ways to improve themselves and the shop. Embrace technology to promote online products and services within the shop and help deliver an epic customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers and provide excellent service.
  • Remain calm under pressure and continuously look for improvements.
  • Embrace technology to promote online products within the shop.

Compensation & Benefits

  • £13 per hour
  • Salary increase after 6 months and after 12 months of service
  • Quarterly/annual bonus
  • Opportunity for progression into management roles

Shifts & Hours

  • Monday–Sunday, 40 hours per week
  • Flexible shifts between 8 am and 10 pm (rota in advance)
