It’s the moment that guests walk into the Hotel and are impressed, then enter their bedrooms and think ‘wow, this looks wonderful’. You’ll deliver a great guest experience by creating memorable experiences for our guests.
As a Room Attendant you’ll clean and service guest rooms so everything is spotless and prepared for guests. Responsibilities include:
- Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, removing rubbish, etc.
- Handle and store chemicals in line with hotel regulations and company policies.
- Greet and acknowledge guests wherever possible to deliver a great customer experience.
- Notify your Supervisor when service is complete so rooms may be sold or occupied.
- Report any guest requests or room maintenance requirements immediately.
- Respond to guest complaints, special requests and take action to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and control supplies and amenities, and minimise waste within all areas of housekeeping.
Ensure that while you undertake your role you abide by the Health and Safety regulations.
