The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 £ per year.
It’s the moment that guests walk into the Hotel and are impressed, then enter their bedrooms and think ‘wow, this looks wonderful’. You’ll deliver a great guest experience by creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Room Attendant you’ll clean and service guest rooms so everything is spotless and prepared for guests.
- Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, removing rubbish, etc., coffee/tea maker, cups, glasses, silverware, etc.
- Handle and store chemicals in line with hotel regulations and company policies.
- Greet and acknowledge guests wherever possible to deliver a great customer experience.
- Notify your Supervisor when service is complete so rooms may be sold or occupied.
- Report any guest requests or room maintenance requirements immediately.
- Respond to guest complaints, special requests and take action to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and control supplies and amenities, and minimise waste within all areas of housekeeping.
- Ensure that while you undertake your role you abide by the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and safe system of work appropriate to your role. Wear safety protection equipment as provided.
- Report, turn in, and/or log all lost and found items according to established procedures.
- Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service.
- May regularly assist with deep cleaning projects and may have turndown duties.
- Any other tasks as assigned by your Line Manager.
