The Opportunity: Swannies is a hyper-growth US-based golf apparel brand built on the idea that golf should be fun, accessible, and stylish. After explosive growth in the US and successful established channels in Ireland and Scotland, we are officially ready to conquer England. We are looking for a seasoned "storyteller" with deep roots in the Southern England golf scene. This isn’t just an outside sales role; it’s a chance to assist Swannies as it enters a brand-new market. You will be starting from scratch, leveraging your existing relationships at "green grass" accounts and independent retail shops to introduce Swannies to the region. This is a perfect supplemental opportunity for an established rep looking to add a high-growth, modern brand to their portfolio.

  • Market Pioneer: Serve as the primary Outside Sales Professional and brand ambassador for the Southern England territory.
  • Strategic Growth: Build the account base from the ground up, identifying and opening new partnerships with premium golf courses and independent retailers.
  • Line Showings: Conduct line reviews with retail partners using preferred methods to effectively communicate the Swannies product range.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor sell-through and identify replenishment opportunities with accounts at the contractor's discretion.
  • Operational Excellence: Responsible for ensuring orders are accurately processed and accounts are appropriately managed.
  • Travel: Ability to travel. Regular in-person presence with accounts is expected to drive territory growth.
  • Independent Contractor Status: This position is not for full-time employment and it is for an independent contractor who will be responsible for providing the results with their own tools and methods, deduction/payment of their own taxes, and all other such obligations to maintain compliance with the classification of independent contractor. The contractor may also provide services to other clients outside of Swannies as well, provided the contractor does not use or disclose any of Swannies’ confidential information.
