Role Description

This is a part‑time (Sub contractor) role for a Payroll Clerk & Bookkeeper at Swann Systems Ltd.

We have many clients using Bright Pay & Xero Accounting Software – so knowledge of these is essential.

Processing includes 40+ payrolls, sales & purchase invoices, maintaining records, reconciling accounts. The role also involves working within a small team at our offices.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Brightpay payroll
  • Bookkeeping and Xero accounting software
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in managing invoices, financial records, and reconciling accounts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently within a small team
  • Having experience of running their own business – so most helpful
