A well-established wholesaler is seeking a motivated and organised Sales Support Administrator to join its busy team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing customer orders from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for customers and internal teams alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders received via telephone, email, and website, accurately entering them into the order management system.
  • Monitor orders throughout the fulfilment process to ensure timely processing and delivery.
  • Communicate with customers to provide order updates and resolve queries.
  • Liaise with courier and delivery companies to coordinate shipments.
  • Proactively identify and resolve order or delivery issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within internal systems.
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient order dispatch and stock coordination.
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 4 years experience in an office-based customer service or sales support role.
  • Strong communication and telephone skills with a professional customer-focused approach.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and confident when dealing with customer queries.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to understand and apply company policies and terms of business.
Working Hours & Benefits
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (30-minute lunch break)
