Customer Service Advisor | £28,500 | Home-Based We're looking for a friendly, confident and highly capable Customer Service Advisor to join our client's team. This is a Monday–Friday, 9.00am–5.30pm, home-based role , paying up to £28,500 depending on experience . We'd ideally like someone based in Dorset , although we're happy to consider exceptional candidates further afield. The role You'll be a key point of contact for customers, helping with everything from orders and product enquiries to delivery queries and resolving issues quickly and professionally. You'll be responsible for: Handling customer enquiries by phone and email Helping with orders and product advice Resolving delivery and customer service issues Building strong relationships with regular customers Talking confidently and enthusiastically about our products Working with colleagues and delivery partners to resolve problems Feeding customer feedback and ideas back into the wider business About you We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and understands what great customer service looks like. Ideally, you'll have: Previous customer service experience, preferably in food, retail, hospitality or e-commerce An excellent telephone manner and strong written communication skills The confidence to take ownership of issues and see them through A calm, practical approach when things don't go to plan A genuine interest in good food, cooking and quality produce Strong attention to detail and organisation The ability to work independently from home Experience in the meat or food industry would be useful, but isn't essential . We're more interested in finding someone with the right personality, judgement and approach to customer service.
