We are seeking a dedicated and proactive 'hands on' Team Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Salisbury. This position is on a full-time permanent basis.
The purpose of this role is to lead and mentor a team of 6-12 to achieve all production targets in line with customer Quality, Cost & Delivery (QCD) expectations and company policies & procedures. Ensure effective material expediting is carried out.
