We have an opening for a pro-active Sous Chef to join our reputable client on the outskirts of Shaftesbury. Due to the rural location, own transport is an absolute must!
Do you have a passion for food, want to work as part of a small dependable team & are an experienced Sous Chef? Then this is the role for you!
The right candidate will be passionate/enthusiastic, an experienced Sous Chef or an experienced Chef de Partie that is ready to make the jump up the ranks. A pro-active/forward-thinking approach is a must have.
The role is situated in a beautiful rural location and will involve, but not limited to:
- Preparation & Presentation of food from our various menus
- Day to day running of the kitchen
- Maintaining a clean & safe working environment
- Baking and assisting during service
- Providing holiday cover for the Head Chef
- Ordering of supplies

Salary starting from Β£27,000 per annum dependent on prior experience; this is a full-time permanent placement.
