Our client, based in a beautiful part of mid-Somerset, approximately 20 minutes from Yeovil, is seeking a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Housekeeper who also has a genuine love of animals. The role requires previous experience in caring for both horses and dogs, and offers the flexibility to live in or out. (When the owners are away, the Housekeeper will be required to live on site to ensure the animals are cared for.)
Key Responsibilities:
- General housekeeping, including cleaning, laundry, and ironing
- Day-to-day care of horses and dogs, including feeding, exercising, and general wellbeing
- Sole responsibility for the animals during the owners' absence
- Supporting the smooth running of the household
