We are looking for a full-time warehouse operative to join our client in their friendly, family-run business. You will be part of a supportive team environment. We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join the growing operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Preparing goods for dispatch
  • Assisting with loading and unloading delivery vehicles
  • Moving and organising stock within the warehouse
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Supporting the wider team with general warehouse duties as required
Candidate Requirements
  • Computer literate and confident using basic warehouse or stock systems
  • Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling tasks
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Due to our location just outside Blandford, own transport is essential
Desirable Skills
  • Valid Counterbalance FLT licence beneficial
  • Bendi FLT licence advantageous (training may be considered for the right candidate)
