We are currently looking for a Project & Training Assistant to join our client in Blandford on a full-time permanent basis.
Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday (hours can be amended slightly to suit if required)

The successful candidate will have a good general education along with strong IT skills, especially Excel, good communication skills and previous administrative and training experience. You will need to be a strong team player whilst also having the confidence and ability to work on your own and prioritise your workload. Being well organised, flexible in your approach and having a keen eye for detail are essential skills for this busy and varied role.
Requirements:
- Experience with project/business/finance management skills
- Graduated in law/business or law with business management
- Keen interest in law
- Strong history in projects with a great track record
- Strong with Excel
- Must have own transport
Duties:
- To assist with the design, management and implementation of projects for all areas and departments of the Firm; using flow charts and project boards and following up on each aspect to ensure completion in a timely fashion and within deadlines.
- To liaise with external companies and providers, arranging and attending meetings as required.
- To deliver new user training to support the IT Trainer and Developer.
- To draft precedent templates from master copy documents.
- To work from a spreadsheet, actively updating tasks on a weekly basis.
- To roll out training on new products and systems.
- To design training materials to include guides and share point pages.
- To complete development work to support the IT Trainer and developer.
- To ensure office policies and procedures are up to date.
- To research products and solutions to meet the Firm's needs, as directed.
