Swann Recruitment is seeking a proactive and candidate-focused Recruitment Administrator to support the team in Shaftesbury. This role is ideal for someone with previous office-based experience who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and contributing to business growth.
You will play a key role in sourcing candidates, onboarding new clients, and ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage with candidates across various channels
- Conduct candidate registrations and onboarding processes
- Carry out employment referencing and compliance checks
- Support the onboarding of new clients
- Maintain accurate records within internal systems
- Identify and generate new business leads (bonus incentivised)
- Provide excellent candidate care throughout the recruitment journey
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous office-based experience (essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Confident using computer systems and databases
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and positive approach to work
- Sales/Recruitment (advantageous)
