You will play a key role in sourcing candidates, onboarding new clients, and ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and engage with candidates across various channels
  • Conduct candidate registrations and onboarding processes
  • Carry out employment referencing and compliance checks
  • Support the onboarding of new clients
  • Maintain accurate records within internal systems
  • Identify and generate new business leads (bonus incentivised)
  • Provide excellent candidate care throughout the recruitment journey

  • Previous office-based experience (essential)
